Rob Toomey
Co-founder

Rob coaches individuals who are focused on getting the most out of their personal and professional lives. He is a qualified administrator of the MBTI®, and a certified trainer for SpeedReading People, LLC®. A former corporate attorney who worked for five years at two large law firms, Rob has first-hand knowledge and perspective on the corporate world. Innovative and results-oriented, Rob coaches at every level, from executives to entrepreneurs and small business owners. In addition to coaching individuals, he conducts corporate training programs. Rob holds dual degrees in Philosophy and English Literature from Trinity College in Hartford, CT and received his Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law.

Carly Toomey
Co-founder

Carly is a qualified administrator of the MBTI® and she conducts workshops and consults with clients individually to help them apply the concepts of personality type to their personal and professional lives in concrete and practical ways. She specializes in applying Type to parenting and relationships. As a certified trainer for SpeedReading People, LLC®, Carly also conducts corporate training workshops to empower managers and sales professionals to instantly tailor their style of communication to match the specific preferences of individual clients or co-workers. Carly is a certified Montessori teacher and taught at Lexington Montessori School for six years. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Trinity College in Hartford, CT.
